Great for improving spin passing. We use them in game play as well, to eliminate lazy passing.
I love these weighted balls, and honestly it is really difficult to get the type of passing workout you get when using one of these any other way. The only problem I have always had with them is there is no real indication as to what PSI they should be inflated to. If you do it to 9.5 - 10 psi like other Gilbert balls you will see that it can't possibly correct since the ball has hardly taken shape at that psi. I do love using this ball for it's intended purpose.
