    The Rugby Imports Varsity Shield is loaded with features requested by rugby coaches. This shield won't break down and turn to mush, but the competition will.

    • Attack area for shoulder positioning clearly defined by the contrasting color stripes in the armpit area of the shield
    • Dual density construction, with a solid inner core of high-density polyethylene foam
    • 34' long, 5' wide at bottom, 18' wide at top 
    • 10" thick at top, 5" thick at bottom
    • A sturdy 6lbs for easy holding, yet strong enough to endure contact

    Well constructed

    Impressed, the foam padding is much denser than expected. Using with grade 5-9 rugby players, up to 300 lb players. Not broken or damaged yet!
