Jose from Rugby Imports was great from the get go. We met and had our Tour bag designed and ready to be produced in less than 30 minutes. He promised me a tight turn around time and delivered ahead of schedule. The Touring party and the sponsor were very happy with the end result and they looked great on Tour.

I mistakenly ordered 2 bags and I was quickly refunded for one bag after I sent it back. Customer service quickly responded and explained what I should do to get my refund. Plus the initial order was at my door at few days after ordering!

I really like this bag. It has plenty of pockets and takes the rain well. I have my pocket for whistle and other referee stuff, and the main compartment is roomy enough for two flags, two old-fashioned cotton long sleeve jerseys (hate polyester!), shorts, socks, and boots in a separate bag. The larger side pocket is perfect for storing away wet socks. Just the perfect size bag for rugby!
