These were very easy to install myself. The hardest part was removing the old pads that had rusted in place at the bolts, but once those were off, the new pads went on easily and quickly.

Bolts and lock washers included only exactly as many as would be required for installation. As the lock washers are tiny and would usually be installed in an environment where there is grass, mud, etc. it would have been helpful to have a few extra included to allow for loss of one or two of the 16 you start with.

On that note, the hardware also did not include the large flat washers that were included at the original purchase. I was able to re-use some of the old rusted washers from the old hardware but it would have been nice to have new flat washers included in the packet of installation hardware.
