CCC Phoenix 2.0 Soft Ground Rugby Boot - Caribbean

This product has now been discontinued. Please contact us with any questions or concerns

The Phoenix 2.0 SG is built for adaptability and power on soft ground conditions. Back rows and second rows are arguably the toughest positions on the field, needing high levels of strength, dexterity and technique. To satisfy the grueling needs of these positions, Canterbury have developed the phoenix - a hard wearing, rugged and lightweight rugby boot - perfect for back rowers and other power players.  Designed with a durable PU upper and a heavily cushioned collar to ensure maximum wearer comfort. Engineered on Canterbury's new wide fit Power Last 1.1, which offers a comfortable wide forefoot and a locked in toe-box and collar. Further an 8mm heel raise reduces lower limb strain and promotes a power positioning while a hybrid outsole with TPU studs and 8 removable studs ensures traction on soft ground.

Props rejoice, this is your boot!

Bought a pair of these in a men's 9.5US for my 11 year old because of his wide feet. He's a lineman during Football season but, out grows his cleats by the end of the season. We transition into Rugby in the winter. As a prop, he needs to have a boot that can fit and, help him do his job. It has been challenging to find an economical boot that fits his wide feet. We also needed a shoe without the toe cleat. Gave these a Try and, we scored a TD. His apprehension at first with these boots was due to the new shoe snug fit. These are stout constructed yet flexible enough to form around his feet after a couple practices.

These will continue to be our boots of choice every season, unless we find another price friendly, wide fitting boot.
