The process of my order in itself went well, no problems. I ordered from Norway, a country with a lot of regulations and import taxes/fees (the jersey cost as much as shipping and handling) and everything went well with FedEx and the shipment in and of itself.

I received the correct size garment, but for the wrong team/country and in the wrong colors - everything was wrong except for the size pretty much. I sent an email to customer service and I would just like to mention the customer service agent, Sue, that I was in contact with.

I received an answer in a timely manner (even with a 6 hour time difference calculated in), she was extremely solution-oriented and was INFORMATIVE. Sue apologized for the mix-up, she then also informed me of what she was doing/the information she needed to gather to find a solution, every step of the way she has kept me updated on the process, and lastly, where appropriate, she would ask if I also agreed with the solution she presented. Sue was also in contact with FedEx on my behalf and made sure that the shipment of the correct garment went flawlessly. Impeccable service!

In the end returning the incorrect garment was too costly, but they sent the correct garment anyway at no additional costs for me.

Great product! The garments are very soft, durable and of quality material. Nothing to complain about there at all - there are no discrepancies from what is pictured on the website. They are true to size.

Even with the mix-up, I would order again - mostly because of Sue :) Thank you!
