| Purchasing Registry Items |
- To get started, you’ll need the name of the individual, team, organization or registry number you’re buying for. Use our handy SEARCH BY tool and select “Registrant” for individuals, “Organization” for teams and clubs, or go the direct route and search by “Registry#”
- Hit “Find Registry,” and once you’ve located the registry you’re searching for, you’ll be shown a list of items available for purchase.
- See something you want to buy? Just change the quantity to the right of the item to the number you’d like to purchase, and press “Add to Cart”. The items will be waiting for you in the checkout when you are ready to make your purchase. Just click the shopping cart in the top right-hand corner as soon as you are prepared to place your order.
*PLEASE NOTE, items added to cart from a Gift Registry will automatically have the Shipping Address set to that of the Registry Creator. You may enter alternate shipping information if you choose, but please be aware that all items in your cart, whether added from a registry or the regular site, may only ship to one address at a time.
If you would like to make a registry purchase to be sent to a registry recipient, as well as make a personal purchase to be sent to an alternate shipping address, please make those transactions separately.

| Create a Gift Registry |
- To get started with your own Rugby Registry, click “CREATE REGISTRY” located on the Rugby Registry Homepage.
- From there, just fill out the form provided and you’ll be able to build your registry!
- Once your form is submitted via the “create registry” link at the bottom of the page, you’ll be able to browse the shop for any items you want others to see and purchase from your registry page. Be sure to include correct sizes, colors, and quantities when adding items to your registry via the “Add to Registry” button found on product description pages.
- Your list will be saved automatically as you shop – to find it again, just click on the “Gift Registry” link at the top and go to “View Registry”.
- From there you can edit your items and see what’s been purchased as people begin shopping.
- To encourage friends and supporters to shop your registry, just provide them with the correct Registrant, Organization, or Registry# so that they can search and find your registry easily.

| Rugby Registry for Teams |
While the rugby gift registry system is a great tool for anyone looking to give and receive great gear, the Rugby Registry is a truly great tool for supercharging the buying and fundraising efforts of teams, clubs, and organizations.
Fundraising:
- Need new balls, jerseys, and training equipment but don’t have the cash? Let alumni, friends, family, and supporters know exactly what you need to get your season started by adding items to a team registry, and let them ship directly to you.
- When buying a new set of jerseys, we can help you add a set of blanks, whereby your supporters can pay for one or more jerseys or other custom teamwear products on your behalf. When it comes time to place the order, you’ll owe only what has not already been purchased for you. Not bad, eh?
Teamwear:
- Want to place just one order for team gear, but allow members to pay for items themselves? Take the hassle out of placing team orders by allowing players to buy their items from your Rugby Registry themselves.
- No more paying up-front for the entire team and searching for payment after the fact. If you’re ordering 12 performance tees, we can add those items to your registry and let 12 separate players pay for them online before placing the order.
