PAYMENT POLICY
Domestic (US):
If you place your order using a Credit Card, your card will be charged the full amount when you place your order. If an item is backordered we will ship when the item becomes available.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diner's Club, and PayPal. We also accept Bank issued debit cards that bear the Visa or MasterCard logo.

If you are using a Gift Certificate for your purchase online, please enter the gift certificate number, person who purchased the gift card, and gift card amount in the "Order Note" section at the bottom of the Order Review page. This is the last step before submitting your order. Although a credit card is required to complete your online order, we will not charge your card unless there is a balance due.

To help reduce fraud, all orders are sent through a fraud filter for your protection. If your order is flagged as suspicious, then your order will be delayed in being dispatched. Rugby Imports is not responsible for expediting orders that were flagged by the fraud filter.

International (outside the United States):
PayPal, with confirmed address status, is our preferred method of payment for International Orders. Click here for information on setting up a PayPal account.

We accept MasterCard and Visa for International Orders, but only with address verification. For card authorization, we will ask your Credit Card provider for verification of your billing address. Not all banks outside the United States provide this information.

If you would like to pay by Wire Transfer, we can provide you with instructions. Please call 800-431-4514 or email customerservice@rugbyimports.com for information on Wire Transfers for International Orders.

SHIPPING POLICY
All ground and air orders placed after 9:00am EST (Eastern Standard Time) will be shipped the next business day (presuming that all items are in stock). Business Days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday (excluding holidays). For example, an order placed on Friday at 10:00am, for Express Delivery, will not leave our store until Monday.

Click here for our Estimated Delivery Time Chart. Most items are shipped from Rhode Island. Some areas in the northeastern US may not need priority service, consult the Delivery Time Chart.

Please allow slightly longer delivery time for PO BOX and APO/FPO/AP/AE addresses, which is shipped via Priority mail. Tracking information is available upon request.

If we cannot ship your complete order to you ? because some of the items you ordered are out of stock, for example ? an additional shipping charge may apply when we ship the back-ordered items. (Remaining order value under $50 = $3 shipping charge, $50 and over = $5 shipping charge.)

Please note, if any address corrections need to be done due to customer error once the order has been shipped, you may be charged an additional $10 per shipment.

For verification purposes, when shipping to a business location, you must provide the name of the business.

If there is a problem with your order, we will contact you via phone or email. Please make sure that your email address and phone numbers are entered correctly. We cannot be held responsible if you do not receive our messages.

All international orders are shipped via USPS International Mail. Specific delivery timetable is not guaranteed for international orders, but most order ship in less than a week and are delivered in 3-10 days. International shipping costs provided to you at the time you place your order are estimates only. In some instances, customers may incur additional shipping costs on international orders. In some cases, shipping costs vary and we may need to contact you to confirm the shipping charges. Local duty, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery. Please note we may not ship to certain countries due to high fraud rate.

RETURN POLICY
Any return received after 30 days from invoice date will be given store credit only. If you place an order between November 1st and December 31st, you will have until January 31st to return the product for a refund. Any package received after January 31st will receive a store credit only.

Certain items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Opened software, and pre-recorded videos may ONLY be exchanged for the exact same item and may NOT be returned for a refund.
Custom items are non-refundable (including numbering, sleeve alterations, additional embroidery, etc.).

Rugby Warehouse items can be returned for store credit only.

Items must be returned clean. Any unclean good(s) received will be returned to the customer.

All products should be returned 100 percent complete, contain all original boxes, tags, packing materials, and other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer.

Rugby Imports strongly suggests that you fully insure and track your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged.

If you receive an incorrect item or size/color, contact Rugby Imports for a return shipping label. We will not reimburse shipping costs for returned items if you do not follow this procedure.

If you receive damaged merchandise, save the merchandise AND the original box and packing it arrived in, notify the carrier immediately for an inspection and a pick up. We can not guarantee a refund until the item is inspected and determined damaged or defective.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNING MERCHANDISE
To speed your exchange or refund, please enclose the return form which is on the back of your invoice. Or you can download the Return Form by clicking here (PDF).

We try to process returns and exchanges as quickly as possible. If you need your return or exchange is time sensitive we suggest you place another order for the item you need. Then, send your return back. Once we receive the return we will credit your account. Please send your shipment, at your expense, via UPS, FedEx, or insured U.S. Mail to:
