Shipping Information:
1. All ground and air orders placed after 9:00am
EST (Eastern Standard Time) will be shipped the following business day (presuming
that all items are in stock).
2. Business Days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday (excluding
holidays). Please note that orders received after 9:00am EST will not be processed
until the next business day. For example, an order placed on Friday at 10:00am,
for Express Delivery, will not leave our store until Monday.
3. Please allow slightly longer delivery time for PO BOX and APO/FPO/AP/AE addresses,
which is shipped via Priority mail. Tracking information is available upon request.
4. If your order is partially shipped, an additional shipping charge will apply
to ship the backordered item(s). (Remaining order value under $50 = $3 shipping
charge, $50 and over = $5 shipping charge.) We will ship the backordered item when
it becomes available via ground service.
5. Please note, if any address corrections need to be done due to customer error
once the order has been shipped, you may be charged an additional $10 per shipment.
6. For verification purposes, when shipping to a business location, you must provide
the name of the business.
7. If there is a problem with your order, we will contact you via phone or email.
Please make sure that your email address and phone numbers are entered correctly.
We cannot be held responsible if you do not receive our messages.
8. All international orders are shipped via USPS International Mail- Global Express
(EMS). Click
here to view the international shipping rates. Specific delivery
timetable is not available for international orders, but most order ship in less
than a week and are delivered in 3-10 days. Local duty, taxes, and fees are the
responsibility of the customer upon delivery.
